Being a Leeds wedding photographer doesn't mean I only get to shoot weddings in Leeds or good old West Yorkshire. My bride and grooms come from all over the UK and further afield. Samantha and Shaun had their special day in Cheshire.
The day started at the home that Samantha grew up in. The morning prep is always one of my favourite parts of my day as you end up getting near enough every emotion going right from all of the nervous tension to the tears and absolute feeling of pride when parents and family members see their little one in their wedding dress for the first time. This day was no exception and we had such a great time with them all. The backdrop of a Christmas tree definitely added to the mood.
The ceremony was held at the stunning Warmingham Church. Shaun was clearly both equally nervous and excited for the arrival of his beautiful bride Samantha. The ceremony went ahead without a hitch and we managed to get some beautiful natural shots outside the church which I feel really show their personalities and the relationship they have with each other. They really did have the best laughs and smiles to photograph.
We then moved onto Wrenbury Village Hall which had been transformed into the most apt and beautiful setting for the evening reception and celebrations which were to come. Samantha and Shaun's nearest and dearest shared an American themed buffet and laughed and cried over three special speeches from Shaun, the father of the bride and Shaun's father who was his best man. The dance floor was definitely one to remember and look out for the confetti canons that were set off.
Thank you for having me along to share your special day with you both and your family and friends.
